Where can I find the Client Agreement and what do I need to do with it?
You can find the Client Agreement by going to:
http://jkalidesigns.com/docs/CLIENT_AGREEMENT.pdf once you have read the document, please sign the appropriate place and either mail, fax or email it back to us. We will then sign it and mail a copy out to you along with a copy of your Project Form and Invoice.

Can I request a special project order that isn’t listed on your site?
Yes, of course you can! If you’d like to request a special order, use our form on the Contact page.

Do you sell stock graphics and what are your terms?
We do. If you are interested in purchasing stock graphics, send us an email and let us know what you are looking for. Our terms for stock image usage can be    found here.

Do you offer installment plans?
We offer installment plans on certain services, but a 25% deposit of the project total is still required.

Do you work onsite?
Sometimes. We are located in NJ and can be contracted to work on-site temporarily if needed.
